RESET is a practice of getting still using all five senses.  We have so many thoughts in a day (scientists estimate 6000+ or more) so learning to RESET encourages children to observe their thoughts and not attach to all of them.  RESET Practices teach kids how to manage their emotions in healthy ways.  Learning self-awareness allows them to feel more in control of their thoughts and feelings.  The result is stress reduction and healthier relationships with themselves and others.  

We want ALL children to have their own RESET kit.  

Currently the RESET kits shown are exclusive to students enrolled in Magic Inside Coaching.

However, YOU can create your own RESET kit for your child!  Statistics show incorporating all 5 senses will anchor in best results for mindfulness practices.  So get your creativity going and see if you can gather these items (or something similar) from around your home:

sight (battery operated flicker candle)

touch (fuzzy socks/slippers)

taste (tic tacs or small mints)

smell (essential oil room spray)

Pocket stones (or any item that gives a visual anchor) are helpful to solidify what they're currently learning.  You can find similar one HERE, as seen in Magic Inside storybook, or other online stores.

We encourage mindfulness practices for ALL ages- even toddlers!

Our general guideline for the RESET practices you find here is ages 6-12.  However stay tuned for our teen version -coming soon!

Remember to have fun with RESET as it becomes a healthy new habit for your child.

• Help your child set aside 10 minutes in the morning or evening.
