Magic Inside is my life’s work. It’s the threads of motherhood, coaching, nervous system healing, storytelling, and deep soul reclamation, all woven into one space.

The Remembering that Started it all
I didn’t create Magic Inside because I had it all figured out.
I created it because I was exhausted. Because I was raising four kids without support, trying to do it all “right,” and quietly falling apart inside. Because I was deep in anxiety, spinning in perfectionism, craving a life that felt softer, slower, more true, but not knowing how to find it.
And because I knew, deep down, that my kids didn’t need a perfect mom.
They needed a present one. A real one. One who trusted herself enough to break the patterns instead of passing them on.
So I began the work. Not to become a coach or start a business. I wanted to be a better mom and learn how to nourish myself.
The certifications and clients came later. But first came the reckoning: with my nervous system, my voice, my beliefs, my body, my story.
And somewhere along the way, the journey I was walking through started helping others. The curriculum for my own kids turned into tools for families. The voice I was learning to trust started guiding other women home to theirs.
Magic Inside was born from this. From the remembering and the heartbreak. From the beauty of starting over again and again. From the commitment to never silence what’s sacred again.
