When was the last time you truly exhaled?
Â
Not the half-breath between errands. Not the sigh at the end of a long day. But a breath that reminds your whole body: I am alive. I am here.
If you’ve forgotten that kind of stillness, you’re not alone. We live in a world that pulls us away from the earth, away from our senses, away from ourselves.
But your body remembers. The forest remembers. And it’s waiting for you to return.
Â
Every week you wait, the noise grows louder. Your nervous system stays stuck in fight or flight. The spark inside you gets dimmer.Â
Science shows that just 20 minutes in nature lowers stress hormones, boosts your immune system, and restores balance.
But how many days, weeks, or even years have passed without you letting yourself pause? The risk isn’t missing this meditation. The risk is losing touch with the part of you that feels alive, grounded, and free.
What if you could step into the forest without leaving your home?
Â
A guided meditation recorded in the heart of Magic Mountain, surrounded by 6 acres of aspen groves and pine trees.
Plus nature prompts to awaken your senses and calm your nervous system. A moment of true return ..from the noise of the world back into yourselfÂ
This isn’t a meditation you’ll experience once and forget. It’s a stillness you can return to again and again.
I created this meditation and forest bathing practice for women like you. Women who give so much and long for a moment that gives something back.Â
This is not theory. It’s not AI. It’s me, in the actual forest we’ve named Magic Mountain, inviting you to come and rest here too.
What Is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, also called shinrin-yoku in Japan, is the practice of immersing yourself in nature with all your senses awake. It isn’t about hiking miles or checking off a trail map. It’s about slowing down enough to be with the forest, instead of moving through it.
You listen to the wind in the trees.
Notice the patterns of light and shadow.
Breathe in the scent of pine.
Feel the ground holding you steady.
Studies have shown that this simple act of being present in nature lowers stress, balances the nervous system, strengthens immunity, and boosts creativity. But beyond the science, forest bathing is a way of remembering:
That you belong to the earth.
That stillness is medicine.
That the forest can mirror you back to yourself.
